ZHENGZHOU SHENGLI DRILLING TOOL ACCESSORIES CO,.LTD was founded by Mr. Hao Shunxing in 2003. The owner Mr. Hao had been working in the engineering industry for more than 25 years before starting the diamond products business.
From the 2003 year till now, we have manufactured super-hard material products with the advanced production process and innovative technology. Due to our continuous hard working and investment in R&D, we are able to produce wide range of super-hard products for standards or specially customized according to customers' requirement, including polycrystalline diamond composite(PCD), Polycrystalline diamond wire drawing dies blanks (PDC), Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride compact cutters (PCBN), etc. Shengli company and product are certified by IS014001:2015, ISO9001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007, and GB/T19001-2016.
In 2014, the new factory plant was set up in Seattle Industrial Park, Xingyang City, Zhengzhou, Henan Province. We updated the production equipment and quality test facilities, which allow us to provide good quality products to overseas markets.

What do we Do before Delivery？
NDT/Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing
Polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) bits are commonly used as drill bits in the drilling industry. Cracks often occur on the surface of a bit, which may result in the unexpected suspension of the excavation performance, or even accidents. Therefore, the detection of the diamond layer on PDC bits is of great importance to ensure continuous drilling, and Nondestructive Testing (NDT) methods are being used as an important characterization tool while doing detection.
The main tools employed in the drilling industry are roller cones and drag bits. Compared to roller cones in direct overall cost and consistency performance, the drag bits using PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) cutters are really more attractive. In fact, as reported, PDC bits could drill twice faster and longer than roller bits even in hard formations Petroleum and hydrothermal investigations in deep geological formations lead to manufacturing new bits materials that are able to drill at a higher temperature, in more abrasive and harder geological fields. Such innovating materials, sintered under HPHT (i.e. High Temperature and High Pressure) and special design, recently developed to improve drill bits' hardness and fracture toughness, also require new strategies in quality assessment. Drag bits are mostly damaged by abrasion and thus quality can be defined by two main parameters: materials wear rate and excavation performance.
We can not control the excavation performance, but we can control the materials' wear rate through production and testing. That’s why we not only do normal testing of appearance of Diamond layer, to ensure the surface smooth, edges and corners are clear with no cracks or defects, but also do NDT and we trust it’s worthy, because it saves you a huge cost.
Not only for PDC but also wire die blanks, we do NDT.
